The Heritage Series homes range from 1918 to 2138 square feet and two to four bedrooms. There are two models available – The Arbor with a 1st floor Master Suite, and The Courtyard with a Family Room. Options include choice of Loft or Bedroom and a Sitting Room off the Master Bedroom.
The Classic Series homes range from 2199 to 2739 square feet and three to five bedrooms. There are 6 models available, including the new Pergola and Conservatory plans. One plan is a ranch with an optional 2nd floor Bonus Room and Walk-in Storage, and one with a 1st floor Master Suite. These homes feature a variety of structural options including:
